NorthMerge supports strong investors' search for new technology and innovations that are at the forefront of industrial development. NorthMerge finds, evaluates, merges and enables the transfer of new industrial technology mainly from Northern Europe to South and Latin America

Search
NortMerge then search globally for technology that match the criteria's. It may be new innovations, parts of industrial solutions or complete industrial plants that meet our customers' needs.
Evaluate
In joint collaboration with the investor´s management and technical engineers we make an evaluation of the technology and all financial and transfer aspects.
Transfer
If it is satisfactory in all aspects, an agreement is signed between the buyer and the seller on the transfer of the technology. The technology will then be built up and integrated into the buyer's existing industrial operations in South and Latin America.
